Diversity and Inclusion
We are actively challenging ourselves to do better. That means reviewing our policies, contracts, meetings, and everyday behaviours to understand where we can improve. We recognise that the barriers to inclusion are real and often deep-rooted—but staying silent or inactive isn’t an option. We are committed to being part of the solution.
Our goal is to ensure that more diverse voices are involved across everything we do—our opportunities, activities, and workshops. We’re working to better understand how different people want to engage with our programme and what access and support they need to take part fully.
We’ve started by recruiting young people to our steering group to bring fresh perspectives, and we’ve committed to including a wide range of voices in all decision-making panels. Equality and diversity are standing items on every steering group agenda, helping guide how we shape our programme and recruitment processes to be more inclusive.
We also monitor who we’re reaching across different communities—so we can see where we fall short and keep pushing ourselves to do more, and do better.
