“We want to create life-long involvement in the arts by engaging, entertaining and educating people in the Sunderland and South Tyneside.”

What do we do?

Since launching in 2014, we’ve been working across Sunderland and South Tyneside to connect local communities with exciting, accessible opportunities to get involved in arts and culture.

Our goal is to build a lasting legacy—where more people not only enjoy the arts, but feel confident to lead their own creative activities. We aim to increase participation, spark more creativity, and support communities to develop and run their own sustainable events and workshops, even beyond our involvement.

We’re also committed to learning as we go—reflecting on what works, sharing insights, and helping others to do the same.
