Sunderland Training and Education Farm
Sunderland Training and Education Farm is a 40-acre training farm, home to a variety of animals. The farm acts as a community resource centre for local residents, and is open to all ages for educational visits, training, work experience opportunities and leisure activities.
What’s been happening:
Sunderland Training and Education Farm is aiming to set up sustainable drama and arts groups, and recently commissioned filmmaker Julie Ballands to deliver filmmaking workshops for their U16 girls’ group. The group has created a new film exploring wellbeing and the animals/farm.
